(TN&MT) - In the working program according to Decision No. 853/QD-TTg of the Government, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (TN&MT) Dang Quoc Khanh, together with the working delegation of the MONRE , offered incense at the Martyrs' Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield; visited the heroes and martyrs at A1 Cemetery; and visited the Dien Bien Phu Victory Museum.
