On October 16, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision 1197 to change the members of the Prime Minister's Working Group on inspection, review, settlement, and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination, and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities (Working Group).
Specifically, Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh - Minister of Natural Resources and Environment is the Deputy Head of the Working Group, replacing Mr. Tran Hong Ha - Deputy Prime Minister.
Members of the Working Group perform their duties and powers as prescribed in Decision No. 153 of the Prime Minister and the Working Group's Regulations and Operation Plan.

Decision No. 153 of the Prime Minister clearly states that the Working Group is responsible for directing the inspection and review of difficulties and problems related to projects and land in inspection, examination conclusions and judgments in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang City, Khanh Hoa Province and a number of provinces and cities.
The working group synthesizes and reports to the Prime Minister for direction in resolving and removing difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities regarding the contents under the Prime Minister's authority.
In addition, synthesize and advise the Prime Minister to report to competent authorities to resolve and remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection and examination conclusions and judgments in a number of provinces and cities regarding matters beyond the Prime Minister's authority.
Urging, inspecting, and synthesizing the resolution and removal of difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination conclusions, and judgments under the authority of ministries, branches, and localities... is also the task of the Working Group.
