Based on the direction of the Central Committee, the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has focused on leading Party committees and organizations at all levels at home and abroad to unite and strive to successfully complete political tasks, Party building work has achieved outstanding results such as: Advising on the successful organization of many high-level foreign affairs activities of Party and State leaders; synchronously and comprehensively implementing bilateral and multilateral foreign affairs activities, contributing to promoting the security and development interests of the country in the new situation; proactively and actively implementing economic diplomacy and cultural diplomacy, practically contributing to serving the goals of national recovery and development; persistently fighting to firmly protect sovereignty and territorial integrity; promptly and effectively implementing work for overseas Vietnamese; There are many appropriate protection measures for Vietnamese citizens facing difficulties abroad, contributing to national unity, promoting patriotism, and strengthening the overseas Vietnamese's trust in the leadership of the Party, the State, and the country's development.

In addition, the work of Party building associated with the building of the Diplomatic sector has been focused on timely leadership and direction, creating consensus in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members, civil servants and workers in the entire Party Committee; coordinating and synchronously implementing assigned tasks such as: Organizing research, dissemination, preliminary and final reviews of resolutions, directives and regulations of the Central Committee, of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; organizing the implementation of programs, plans, resolutions and conclusions of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry; perfecting the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry for the 2020-2025 term; summarizing the Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation; regularly grasping the situation of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, the ideology of cadres, party members, the masses and the community; Promote and enhance the role of mass organizations (Ministry's Trade Union, Ministry's Youth Union) in participating in building the Party, agencies and units.
The results of the implementation of Party building work of the Party Committee in the third quarter had many positive changes, the basic key tasks were implemented on schedule, requirements and ensured the set programs and plans.
In his concluding remarks and directing the implementation of a number of key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2023, Minister and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Ministry, acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee in the third quarter in all aspects of Party building, propaganda - mass mobilization, inspection and supervision, internal political protection and leadership of organizations.

Regarding the implementation of a number of key tasks in the fourth quarter of 2023, Minister Bui Thanh Son requested that the members of the Executive Committee, based on their assigned tasks, lead and direct the implementation of the following key tasks:
Firstly , continue to organize and disseminate the Resolution of the 13th Party Central Committee, Session 8, to subordinate Party committees at home and abroad; complete the summary and preliminary review of the instructions and conclusions of the Central Committee and Party Committees of Central agencies.
Second, actively prepare the content of the Plenary Session on Party building and rectification work and Party work abroad at the 32nd Diplomatic Conference.
Third, continue to complete inspection and supervision work according to the 2023 program and plan.
Fourth, complete the Project on Regulations on inspection and supervision of party organizations and party members abroad and organize implementation guidance.
Fifth, ensure the completion of work progress according to the 2023 work program and plan of the Party Committee of the Ministry; summarize and guide Party committees and subordinate Party organizations to summarize the work in 2023 and plan the work program for 2024.
The Minister believes that the results achieved in the third quarter are the basis for the Party Executive Committee to continue to lead and direct party organizations and party members to successfully complete key tasks in the last 3 months of 2023 and hopes that the leaders and directors of party organizations and party members will unite, be unanimous, join hands and contribute to successfully complete the Party Committee's 2023 tasks.
