Held for the first time in 2022 and the second time in 2023, the "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest has become one of the leading health communication activities that Health and Life Newspaper is implementing annually as the mouthpiece of the Ministry of Health.
With the goal of encouraging people to actively exercise and practice scientific nutrition, the competition attracts more than 3,500 direct registrations each year, and spreads to tens of millions of people across the country.

The third "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest, starting from September 10, still maintains the spirit of encouraging the community, spreading the exercise movement, spreading inspirational stories about the effort to overcome oneself to become healthier and more beautiful.
At the Launching Ceremony, the Organizing Committee said that, similar to the previous 2 times, the 3rd "I am healthier and more beautiful" will also last 3 months with 3 rounds of competition to find people with the most impressive and inspiring changes. After the Launching Ceremony on September 10, 2024, the Organizing Committee of the Contest will open an online registration form at www.toikhoedephon.vn for candidates to submit information to participate in the contest.
The registration period is from September 10, 2024 to September 20, 2024. The most outstanding individuals will be honored and awarded in a live broadcast after the 3 rounds of competition are concluded.
