Authorized by the Secretariat, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, presented the Decision to comrade Nguyen Huy Dung.
Attending the conference on the Central side were comrades Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Nguyen Manh Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Information and Communications (MIC) and Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; comrades Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Information and Communications; leaders of units under the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Party Central Organizing Committee.
On the side of Thai Nguyen province, there were comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Pham Hoang Son, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; Secretaries of Party Committees under the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee.
At the Conference, the representative of the Central Party Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1517-QD/TW, dated August 27, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Leaders attending the Conference congratulated Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung on holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee.
In his congratulatory speech to comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong affirmed that this is the trust of the Central Party Secretariat in comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, a mature cadre, working continuously in the information and communication sector and in all assigned positions, he has excellently completed his tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong expressed his belief that with all his experience, capacity, and moral qualities, in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung will quickly grasp the work situation, promote his intelligence and working experience with his comrades in the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to successfully complete the task.
Party and government building work in a developing locality like Thai Nguyen is a new field for comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, but it is also a good opportunity for him to promote his strengths and experience. The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee asked the comrades in the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to share, coordinate and help comrade Nguyen Huy Dung to successfully complete his tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Duong also requested Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung and other comrades in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and localities to well implement the Resolution of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huy Dung delivered a speech accepting the assignment.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, expressed his gratitude to the Party leaders, the Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for placing their trust in him and assigning him a new task, and determined that this was an honor, a source of pride, and also a great responsibility for him.
In the assigned position, he will promote all his abilities, maintain solidarity in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to successfully complete all assigned goals and tasks.
The new Deputy Secretary of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee pledged to fully promote the youthful energy, experience and accumulated professional knowledge, considering "digital transformation as an important driving force for developing productive forces and perfecting production relations" as directed and oriented by General Secretary and President To Lam; contributing his efforts to serve Thai Nguyen province; promoting the potential and strengths, developing Thai Nguyen province, contributing to the overall development of the country.
Moving from specialized state management of a sector nationwide to comprehensive multi-sector state management in a locality, comrade Nguyen Huy Dung promised to strive to learn from experienced senior comrades and hopes to receive cooperation, sharing and help from all comrades, especially the Provincial Party Secretary and comrades in the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee./.
