(QNO) - On June 22, the People's Committee of Bac Tra My district issued a decision to recognize and announce creative startup ideas and projects in 2023.
Accordingly, the first prize belongs to the project to restore, preserve and develop Tra My honey bees by author Nguyen Thi Phuc (Tra Giac commune).
Second Prize includes 2 projects: dried Chu Huy Man oranges (author Nguyen Duy Hoa, Tra Tan commune); planting, producing and trading products from ginseng according to the chain linkage model (Tran Thi Doan Quynh, Tra Son commune).
Third Prize with 2 projects: natural essential oils in the highlands (Nguyen Thi Hue, Tra Giap commune); Tra My cinnamon candy (Giang Thi Tra My, Tra Nu commune).
Encouragement Prize for 5 projects: civet farming model (Nguyen Trung Dung, Tra Duong commune); peanut candy (Truong Thi Hong Tram, Tra Dong commune); Tra My Siamese chili salt dipping sauce (Nguyen Thi Hoang My, Tra Son commune); young coconut and cinnamon-scented areca nut cake (Nguyen Thi Hanh, Tra Duong commune); herbs soaked in honey (Vo Thi Ninh, Tra Kot commune).
In addition, there are 9 recognized projects including: raising civets in the form of family farms; building a model of raising goats under the forest canopy for a group of households in Tra Bui commune; dried Tra My bamboo rats; rice wine and cuisine of the Muong ethnic group; smoked chicken; dried ginger-pressed bananas; eco-tourism combined with cultural and culinary experiences of the Muong ethnic group; production of "Smoked Black Pig"; growing grass to raise beef cattle in the form of semi-grazing.
Ideas and projects that are recognized and implemented effectively will be given priority for consideration for support from capital sources such as the District Creative Startup Support Fund, OCOP capital, industrial promotion, science and technology and other legal capital sources.
