The conference announced Resolution 140 dated February 12, 2025 of the People's Council of Hiep Duc district on the establishment of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and decisions of the District People's Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Department of Home Affairs was established on the basis of merging the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Home Affairs. Mr. Vo Van Khoi was appointed as Head of the Department from February 19, 2025 until his retirement according to regulations.
Establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; the functions and tasks of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the functions and tasks on poverty reduction from the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. Mr. Nguyen Tan Nghiep was appointed as Head of the Department from February 19, 2025, with a term of office of 5 years.
Establish the Department of Economics, Infrastructure and Urban Areas on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of advising on state management of construction, transportation, industry and trade from the Department of Economics and Infrastructure. Mr. Tran Tho was appointed as Head of the Department from February 19, 2025 until his retirement according to regulations.
Establish the Department of Culture, Science and Information on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of the Department of Culture and Information and the functions and tasks of science and technology from the Department of Economics and Infrastructure. Mr. Nguyen Hong Son was appointed as Head of the Department from February 19, 2025, with a term of office of 5 years.
After the arrangement, the structure of specialized agencies under Hiep Duc People's Committee includes 9 agencies (reduced by 2 agencies).
The conference also announced the decision of the Party Executive Committee of Hiep Duc district on the establishment of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee. Mr./Ms. Nguyen Van Luyen, Ngo Dinh Tri, and Phan Thi My Tu were appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee.
The conference also announced the decision to establish Party cells and appoint Party committees, secretaries, and deputy secretaries; and at the same time announced the dissolution of 5 Party cells under the District Party Committee from February 19, 2025.
