While waiting for the consensus from the management agencies and related specialized agencies, the expert group continues to conduct field surveys, assess the current status of the relics, record, take photos and measure. At the same time, they study conservation solutions for each tower, study drainage solutions from the mountainside flowing down behind the tower, ways to prevent erosion and landslides, choose locations for worker camps, warehouses, and material gathering places.
