On December 13, 2023, Acecook Vietnam was honored at the Ceremony to announce sustainable enterprises in Vietnam in 2023 organized by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD).
In 2023, from nearly 500 business profiles registered to participate (25% of businesses participating for the first time), the Program Secretariat selected 146 qualified profiles for the evaluation council to independently score on online software, and at the same time conducted a strict and transparent appraisal process before submitting to the Steering Committee to decide on the 100 most typical sustainable enterprises to be honored at the announcement ceremony.

Following the direction of sustainable development in the coming time, Acecook Vietnam also has many activities contributing to the environment such as: Improving products from plastic cups to paper cups, using bioplastic forks, researching environmentally friendly packaging materials. In particular, the company has gradually limited the use of fossil fuels that are gradually depleting to using clean, environmentally friendly energy sources such as: Solar energy, clean-burning gas, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, saving energy, contributing to environmental protection and combating climate change.

The title “Sustainable Enterprise” is a title to honor pioneering enterprises that have made many contributions to the sustainable development of the Vietnamese business community as well as the whole society. This is a proud title that shows the recognition of the Government, ministries, branches and the community for enterprises. This year's program has innovations such as fundamentally improving the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) - a tool to assess the level of sustainable development (PTBV) of enterprises participating in the Program; improving the assessment and appraisal process in a more scientific, transparent and rigorous direction; expanding the participation of representatives of press agencies in the Council for Assessment of Sustainable Enterprises.
