91 officials of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh province have submitted resignations to facilitate streamlining the apparatus.
On January 23, informing reporters, the leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh province said that up to now, 91 civil servants, public employees, and workers have applied for early retirement to create conditions for the organization to streamline the apparatus.

Of the 91 people who applied for early retirement, 18 people had less than 2 years of work left; 20 people had 2-5 years of work left; 53 people had from more than 5 years to 10 years of work left.
In addition, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh also had 5 people resign under the severance policy. Among them, some officials were holding the positions of branch head and deputy head of department.
After receiving the retirement applications of 91 officials, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development made a list and sent it to the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis and review.
The leader of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ha Tinh province said that in the application for early retirement, the officials all shared that it was to facilitate the agency and organization to streamline the apparatus, creating opportunities for young officials to contribute.
Previously, in Thach Ha district, dozens of cadres, civil servants and public employees also applied for early retirement to facilitate the arrangement of redundant cadres and streamline the apparatus after the merger of Loc Ha and Thach Ha districts.
