Dak Lak Department of Home Affairs has 8 people voluntarily applying for retirement according to Decree 178/2024 of the Government, which has been agreed upon by competent authorities.
Specifically: Mr. Pham Phu Loc, born on August 20, 1967, Deputy Director of the Department; Mr. Hoang Manh Hung, born on January 29, 1965, Deputy Director of the Department; Mr. Le Quang Duong, born on January 1, 1965, Chief of Office; Mr. Pham Xuan Dung, born on August 6, 1965, Head of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees; Mr. Nguyen Huu Dien, born on September 5, 1971, specialist of the Department of Emulation and Rewards; Mr. Vo Van Hung, born on October 20, 1965, Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees; Mr. Tran Huu Tien, born on April 4, 1972, specialist of the Department of Organization and Personnel and Non-Governmental Organizations; Ms. Nguyen Thi Phu, born on October 2, 1972, Deputy Head of the Department of General Administration.
Mr. Bach Van Manh, Director of Dak Lak Department of Home Affairs, said that the comrades who applied for early retirement at the agency facilitated the implementation of the Central Government's policy of innovation and reorganization of the political system.
"For comrades who are Deputy Directors or higher, the authority to decide on early retirement belongs to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, while for those who are Department Heads or lower, it is decided by the Department Director. These cases have been unanimously approved by competent authorities for retirement according to Decree 178/2024 of the Government.
In addition, the Department of Home Affairs has one case, Mr. Y Valentina Nie Hra, born on June 16, 1985, a specialist in the Emulation and Reward Department, who has resigned," Mr. Bach Van Manh informed.
