On the afternoon of February 17, Ninh Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce decisions on retirement, retirement benefits, and early retirement benefits for 11 officials who are leaders at the department, district, and city levels.

Specifically, there are 5 department heads, 2 deputy department heads, 1 chief inspector, 1 chief of office, 1 district police chief and 1 deputy city police chief who applied for early retirement.

These cases still have 6-47 months of service according to regulations, calculated by the time of the Party cell congress in April 2025.

Specifically, Colonel Dinh Van Tuan, Head of the Immigration Management Department, has 29 months of work left; Colonel Nguyen Van Tu, Head of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order, has 16 months of work left; Colonel Dang Van Linh, Head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, has 6 months of work left; Colonel Nguyen Dinh Toan, Head of the Criminal Technique Department, has 28 months of work left; Colonel Pham Van Hoi, Head of Gia Vien District Police, has 17 months of work left;

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Luong, Chief Inspector of the Provincial Police, has 18 months left to work; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Trung Truc, Chief of the Office of the Criminal Investigation Agency, has 40 months left to work; Lieutenant Colonel Dao Ngoc Tuan, Head of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department, has 9 months left to work; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Ha, Deputy Head of the Professional Records Department, has 8 months left to work; Lieutenant Colonel Truong Thanh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police, has 47 months left to work; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Quang Vinh, Deputy Head of Tam Diep City Police, has 22 months left to work.

Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, dedication and sense of responsibility of the officers who resigned and retired early for the common cause to serve the work of arranging and reorganizing the apparatus.
