Yen Bai strives to achieve budget revenue of over 7 trillion VND by 2025

Yen Bai - In 2025, Yen Bai province strives to collect 7,000 billion VND in budget revenue, an increase of 1,500 billion VND compared to the estimate assigned by the province. To achieve the set goal, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province has issued a detailed scenario for state budget collection in 2025.

Of which, the balance revenue is 3,122 billion VND, the revenue from lottery activities is 40 billion VND, the land use fee revenue is 3,138 billion VND (including: land use revenue from the provincial block: 1,800 billion VND, land use revenue from the district block: 1,338 billion VND); revenue from import-export activities is 700 billion VND.

In order to complete the above target, according to the detailed scenario of the Provincial People's Committee, in the first quarter of 2025, the whole province strives to collect 947.4 billion VND; in the second quarter, collect 1,514.2 billion VND; in the third quarter, collect 1,818.2 billion VND; in the fourth quarter, collect 2,720.3 billion VND.

To complete the above scenario, right from the first days and months of 2025, the Provincial People's Committee has focused on leading and directing sectors and localities to synchronously, drastically and effectively implement solutions on socio-economic development; innovate mechanisms, policies, reform administrative procedures; improve the investment and business environment, promote calling for and attracting investment; remove difficulties for businesses, especially in administrative procedures, taxes, land, site clearance;... promote production and business development, create sustainable revenue for the budget.

At the same time, flexibly manage the budget collection scenario for 2025 according to the principle of ensuring the completion of the annual budget collection task; the unfinished quarterly revenue will be adjusted to increase in the following quarter for implementation; enhance the quality of inspection and examination work, combat revenue loss, smuggling, trade fraud, strictly manage tax calculation prices, and combat transfer pricing; closely monitor the budget collection progress, evaluate and specifically analyze each collection location, each collection area, and each tax to advise and recommend to competent authorities solutions to promptly urge collection of basic revenues and potential revenue sources in new fields and industries; enhance the responsibility of heads of departments, branches, and localities in organizing the implementation of the budget collection task for 2025.

In particular, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province has established 3 working groups to guide, remove difficulties, and urge districts, towns, and cities in budget collection. Thereby, affirming high political determination, great efforts, and drastic actions right from the first days and months of the year to promptly remove difficulties and bottlenecks right from the grassroots level, ensuring the completion of the budget collection target of Yen Bai province in 2025 and the entire term.
