Initial information, at around 4:10 p.m. the same day, a tractor trailer with license plate 29LD-314.09 pulling a beer container with license plate 29R-513.31 driven by Mr. HVB (1987, residing in Con Cuong, Nghe An) was moving from the elevated Ring Road 3 down to Phap Van Expressway, when reaching the turn to enter the lane, the door latch was popped and many beer crates spilled out. |
At the scene, broken beer bottles flew all over the road, causing traffic congestion. |
Immediately after the incident, Traffic Police Team No. 14 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) sent officers to direct traffic and coordinate with the bus company and some residents to clean up the scene. |
