A bright - green - clean - beautiful tourist environment will create ideal conditions for tourists to visit, experience and relax. For that reason, along with focusing on the cultural environment, the natural environment is also of interest to Sam Son City and has significantly improved over the years.

Building a bright - green - clean - beautiful tourism environment Sam Son City Veterans Association launched a campaign to clean up the marine environment.

In order to create urban beauty and especially have open and airy roads for tourists to travel and visit, in 2024, Sam Son City will continue to rearrange business and trading points accordingly. Accordingly, the city will arrange 193 points of sale, including 15 points on Ho Xuan Huong Street; 13 points on Thanh Nien Street; 110 points on Nguyen Du Street; keep 18 points on To Hien Thanh Street; 4 points on Le Hoan Street; keep 9 points on Nguyen Van Cu Street; keep 28 points on Ba Trieu Street; 4 points on Tong Duy Tan Street; 20 points on Le Van Huu Street... These routes are only arranged to sell souvenirs, refreshments, handicrafts, statue painting, fishing; food is not allowed. Businesses at these points of sale must comply with the prescribed hours (from 6pm to 11pm), and after the end of business hours, must collect and gather garbage and return the sidewalk clean. In particular, sidewalk sales points on Nguyen Du Street, To Hien Thanh Street and kiosks are allowed by the city to sell from 6am to 11pm.

Along with that, at the beach area east of Ho Xuan Huong Street, the city arranged kite and pinwheel selling points at the seaports; there are signs indicating separate selling areas, kites and pinwheels are not allowed to be planted on the sand, causing loss of urban beauty. Business people must wear uniforms, be neat, clean and wear badges when doing business. For the seaport stages on Le Loi Street, Tay Son Street, Ba Trieu Street, the city does not arrange commercial services, entertainment. In addition, the city also requires organizations, individuals and business households to ensure environmental sanitation, not to discharge waste and wastewater onto sidewalks and roads. Each business establishment and business household must have its own trash can, ensuring environmental sanitation. Seafood businesses are not allowed to encroach on the sidewalk but must sell goods indoors; the store must be clean and beautiful, the sales scales must be of the correct weight. Arrange scales at seafood markets, streets, and streets...

In addition to arranging sales points, the city also developed a plan to manage the anchorage area for rafts and boats on the beach area east of Ho Xuan Huong Street. Accordingly, anchorage areas will be arranged in Quang Cu Ward, Trung Son Ward and Truong Son Ward with a total of 414 rafts and boats. Specifically, the anchorage area in Quang Cu Ward is 250m long (from Hubway 13 to the North) and will anchor 159 rafts and boats. The anchorage area in Trung Son Ward is about 340m long (from Hubway 12 to bathing area No. 9) and will anchor 183 rafts and boats. The anchorage area in Truong Son Ward is 150m long (from the foot of Truong Le Mountain to the North to the Tourism Order Management Team No. 2 of Truong Son Ward) and will anchor 72 rafts and boats. These vehicles must be arranged in an orderly manner in the anchorage area. Move and dismantle damaged and inactive rafts and boats at anchorage areas to ensure environmental hygiene. When exploiting aquatic products, vehicles are only allowed to exploit in the sea area 500m or more from the water's edge, not exploiting in the tourist beach area (from the foot of Doc Cuoc Temple to FLC Eco-tourism Area)...

To ensure environmental sanitation, Sam Son City has developed a plan to ensure environmental sanitation in 2024. In particular, for tourist streets, garbage will be collected and maintained 3 times/day. For beach areas, garbage will be collected from 00:00 to 05:00 and visitors will be reminded to comply with environmental protection regulations. For main streets, garbage will be collected and maintained 2 times/day. The remaining urban roads will be swept, garbage collected on sidewalks, roadsides, and alleys will be maintained from 18:00 the previous day and end at 05:00 the next morning.

Collection, transportation and treatment are carried out in accordance with regulations to ensure environmental sanitation, urban aesthetics and traffic safety. The city also arranges trash bins in public places such as along the beach area on the east side of Ho Xuan Huong Street and on roads in tourist areas, commercial areas and administrative centers. Along with that, the city has built 5 public sanitation works (2 works on Truong Le Mountain, 1 work at the new central parking lot, 1 work at the central campus and 1 work at the beginning of Ho Xuan Huong Street). These works are assigned to the Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism and the Urban Environment and Tourism Services Joint Stock Company to manage, guide and open to serve people and tourists all hours of the day...
