"Mr. Ngo Van Du and Ms. Mac Thi Chinh, the owners of lot LK18, built a 3-storey house on part of the area of lot LK19 and lot LK20," according to the report of Thai Hoc Ward People's Committee.
In which, Mr. Du's family encroached on lot LK19 by 56.4 square meters and encroached on lot LK20 by 42.8 square meters.
