(Dan Tri) - On March 22, two classical music artists Tran Le Bao Quyen and Tran Le Quang Tien will return in the 5th season of the "Warm Up" concert program at Ho Guom Theater, Hanoi.

The theme of this year's concert is Journey of Continuation, conveying the message of connection between the past and the future. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for the two artists - Tran Le Bao Quyen and Tran Le Quang Tien - to look back on the past 7 years to continue to be steadfast and persistent on their musical journey.

Over the past 7 years, classical music lovers have witnessed every step, every growth of the artist couple pianist Tran Le Bao Quyen and violinist Tran Le Quang Tien.

After 12 years of studying and researching in Germany, Bao Quyen has returned to Vietnam and is currently a lecturer in the Piano Department at the National Academy of Music. Quang Tien has just completed his bachelor's degree in violin at the Frankfurt University of Music and Arts, Federal Republic of Germany, and is in the first year of the school's master's program.

The 5th Warming Concert is not only an art performance but also an opportunity for artists to show off their artistic achievements to their teachers and admirers after a long period of hard work and study.

A month ago, Quang Tien had the opportunity to perform with Vietnamese-American violinist Chuong Vu and the Ungarische Staatsochester Szolnok Orchestra at the Austrian King's Rest Palace. The male artist played Johann Sebastian Bach's Concerto for Two Violins in D minor, BWV 1043 in Mozart's homeland with the Hungarian Philharmonic Orchestra.

At the age of 23 and entering his fifth year of studying in Germany, Quang Tien said he is on a journey to freedom in classical music. Currently, he does not have to make a tight schedule of rigid hours for practicing the instrument and no longer has to play music just to pass or get high scores.

Quang Tien was able to play the way he wanted, that is, following the standards of European classical music, balancing the author's ideas, the professor's experiences and detailed instructions, but at the same time expressing his own thoughts and ideas.

"With each work, in addition to the time spent carefully honing, the artist must go through at least 2-3 times on stage to be able to achieve freedom of movement and freedom to express musical thoughts. Achieving freedom is a feeling of happiness.

"If you truly live with your work, work with professors many times, perform many times on stage, and boldly show your mind and heart to the audience, freedom is an obvious result," Quang Tien expressed.

The 5th season of Warming Up will take place on the evening of March 22 with the participation of Tran Le Bao Quyen, Tran Le Quang Tien and the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Japanese conductor Honna Tetsuji. At the concert, the audience will enjoy works by two composers Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninoff.

All ticket sales from the show will be donated by the two artists to the charity Scars of Life , helping poor children with congenital heart disease to have surgery.
