Reporter: One of the exam questions requires writing an initiative to promote reading among the following groups: people in border and island areas; areas with difficult socio-economic conditions; ethnic minorities, the elderly, people with print disabilities, etc. What do you think about this content? Do the entries contribute any useful initiatives and solutions to promote reading culture in disadvantaged areas?

Ms. Kieu Thuy Nga: Promoting reading culture in difficult areas such as border areas, islands, economically and socially disadvantaged areas, ethnic minorities, the elderly, and people with disabilities is an important and strategic task.

This is a very meaningful and practical question, aiming to find specific solutions to promote reading culture among these special subjects.

I believe that the entries will bring many useful initiatives, from building mobile bookcases, organizing community reading sessions, to developing e-book reading applications suitable for people with disabilities. These initiatives will not only help promote reading culture, but also contribute to improving the quality of life and knowledge of people in disadvantaged areas.

Reporter: How do you expect the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest to be spread and continued in the following years? What message regarding Reading Culture do you want to convey to the younger generation?

Ms. Kieu Thuy Nga: Through the entries, it can be seen that: Reading culture has had a great impact on the formation of intelligence, awareness, and personality of students. From reading, students have formed compassion, altruism, and care for others. Some students have quietly become ambassadors of reading culture, bringing books and love of books to difficult circumstances in the community.

I hope that the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest will continue to spread and develop strongly in the coming years, becoming an annual activity attracting the participation of a large number of people.

The contest not only brings intellectual values but also contributes to building a civilized society rich in cultural identity.

The message I want to send to the young generation is: "Read books every day, because books are great companions on the path of knowledge and life!".

Reporter: Thank you very much for sharing!

The Organizing Committee of the Final Round of the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest will award Certificates and Contest Prizes to the winning individuals and groups. The best entries may be selected by the Organizing Committee and published in a book.
