Quang Nam province requires Bach Dat An company to allocate sufficient funds and speed up the implementation of 3 projects: Urban Area 7B expansion, Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area, and Bach Dat Urban Area.
Vice Chairman of Quang Nam province, Mr. Tran Nam Hung, has just signed a document requesting continued coordination and speeding up the implementation of 3 projects: Urban Area 7B expansion, Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area, Bach Dat Urban Area invested by Bach Dat An Company.
Quang Nam province has requested Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company to work with relevant individuals to promptly hand over and provide records, documents, and data to coordinate with Dien Ban town to urgently organize the payment of compensation, support, and site clearance costs according to the approved compensation plan.
If necessary, Quang Nam province requires this enterprise to work with the Provincial Police and Inspectorate to photocopy records and documents related to compensation payments. At the same time, work with the Provincial Police Investigation Agency for support, and work with relevant individuals to hand over records and documents.
In addition, Bach Dat An Company must work with GAIA Real Estate Investment Company Limited and Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company to resolve related issues according to the authority and contract signed between the units.

In September 2024, Quang Nam province decided to adjust the implementation progress of the projects Bach Dat Urban Area, Expanded Urban Area No. 7B, and Hera Complex Riverside Urban Area in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area (Dien Ban town).
All three of these projects have lasted for many years, with many disputes and lawsuits; when there were nearly 800 cases of people depositing to buy nearly 1,000 plots of land in the above projects.
Regarding these projects, in October 2024, the Investigation Police Agency of Quang Nam Provincial Police issued a Decision to prosecute and order the temporary detention of Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau (1793, residing in Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District), former General Director of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company for the crime of embezzlement of property.
According to Quang Nam Provincial Police, through receiving and handling crime reports, the Investigation Police Agency conducted an investigation and determined that Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau showed signs of committing the crime of embezzlement of property.
The investigation results determined that from 2017 to 2023, during the implementation of real estate projects in Quang Nam province, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company collected deposits from customers to buy land. The company used a portion of the collected money to invest in the project, and Ms. Chau directed her employees to give her the remaining money for personal use.
