Wife leaves to go back to her mother's house, husband finds her and sets both of them on fire, killing them both.

(NLĐO) – Due to family conflict, a wife in Quang Nam province left to live with her mother. The husband found her, pushed their child out of the house, and then set it on fire.

On the morning of January 8th, the Quang Nam Provincial Police, in coordination with other relevant agencies, continued to investigate the cause of death of a married couple in the area.

According to initial information, at approximately 1:30 AM on the same day, local residents discovered a house in Dong Sim neighborhood (Truong Xuan ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province) on fire.

People rushed to put out the fire and discovered that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan (born in 1986) and his wife, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa (born in 1987; both residing in Hamlet 4, Tien Lap Commune, Tien Phuoc District, Quang Nam Province), had died.

Additionally, residents discovered that the couple's son, Nguyen Thanh Ph. (born in 2019), had a hand injury and took him to the hospital for emergency treatment.

According to initial investigations, Mr. Tuan and his wife have three children. At the end of 2024, the couple had a conflict, and Mrs. Thoa took their youngest child, Th., to her mother's house in Dong Sim neighborhood. On the night of January 7th and the early morning of January 8th, Mr. Tuan went to Mrs. Thoa's mother's house.

According to Ph.'s account, Mr. Tuan pushed Ph. out of the house, then closed the door, poured gasoline, and set it on fire, causing the deaths of both him and his wife.
