Surprised by the reason why a 7-year-old child was assaulted by a neighbor couple

(NLĐO) – According to local residents, the reason why the mother and daughter of a 7-year-old girl in Binh Dinh were verbally abused and assaulted by their neighbors was merely a childish prank.

On the afternoon of March 26, leaders of the Education and Training Department of Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province, stated that they had requested the police to investigate rumors about who caused the incident.   " The mother and daughter were verbally abused and beaten by their neighbors in front of their house, " as reported by the Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper , refers to a female teacher at a primary school in the area.

The victim was verbally abused and physically assaulted by the neighboring couple who broke into his house.

Regarding the incident, Ms. Doan Thi Lien (born in 1990; residing in Ward 10, Hai Cang Ward, Quy Nhon City) confirmed that she and her daughter TBT (born in 2018) were victims of verbal abuse and physical assault by their neighbors, a married couple, as shown in the video posted on social media.

According to Ms. Lien, her family has lived at the address above for nearly 8 years. During their time living there, her family has frequently been harassed and provoked by the family of Ms. H. (the woman who hit Ms. Lien with a broom in the video) from their neighboring house.

"Around 5 PM on March 25th, I was sitting in front of my house when I saw my daughter running in from outside, looking terrified. A short while later, Mrs. H. came running over with a broom, cursing, and then she and her husband attacked my daughter and me. Luckily, my daughter hid behind a cupboard, so they missed. The incident only stopped when neighbors intervened," said Ms. Lien.

According to Ms. Lien, after the incident occurred, representatives from the Hai Cang Ward Police Department came to investigate and gather information to verify her report.

In another development, according to local residents, shortly before the incident, TBT was playing alone in front of her house. While wandering past Mrs. H.'s gate, T. threw a plastic bottle at it and then ran away.

"This is probably the reason why Mrs. H. started yelling and then, along with her husband, stormed into the house and assaulted Ms. Lien and her children," a local resident commented.

Ms. Lien and her daughter were playing in front of their house when suddenly Mrs. H. came over, verbally abused them, and physically assaulted them.

As previously reported, on the morning of March 26th, a video clip lasting over a minute went viral on social media. It showed a mother and child playing in front of their house when they were suddenly attacked by their neighbors, a married couple, who verbally abused them and then stormed into their house. Only when several neighbors intervened did the couple stop their actions and return home.

Within just a few hours of appearing on social media, the clip had attracted thousands of views, hundreds of shares, and thousands of comments. The majority of comments criticized the actions of the neighboring couple in the clip.
