VietinBank announces invitation to bid for "2-year API system maintenance service"

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) plans to organize a bidding for the Package "API System Maintenance Service for 2 years". VietinBank would like to invite qualified, experienced and interested contractors to provide the above services to attend and learn the following information:

1. Package name: 2-year API system maintenance service.

2. Implementation location: VietinBank.

3. Total purchase value: 4,511,360,000 VND (In words: Four billion, five hundred eleven million, three hundred sixty thousand VND). Price includes related taxes and fees (if any), services meet VietinBank's technical requirements.

4. Capital source: VietinBank's capital expenditure.

5. Contract type: Lump sum.

6. Time and place of issuance of application documents (HSYC):

- HSYC is released for free.

- Time: From 8:30 a.m. February 12, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. February 18, 2025.

- HSYC issuance location: Group of experts in purchasing goods and services in the field of information technology hardware; address: 2nd Floor , 55 Ba Trieu, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.

7. Time and place for receiving proposal documents:

- Time: From 8:30 a.m. on February 12, 2025 to before 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 2025.

- Place to receive bid documents: Expert team for purchasing goods and services in the field of information technology hardware; address: 2nd Floor , 55 Ba Trieu, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.

VietinBank will receive and evaluate the Bidding Documents of the contractors in accordance with regulations and will notify the selected contractor to implement the Bidding Package "2-year API system maintenance service" to complete and sign the contract.
