Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) plans to organize a "Gift for new payroll unit promotion program" procurement package using VietinBank's cost capital. VietinBank would like to invite suppliers with sufficient capacity, experience and interest in providing the above services to participate.

1. Time and place of issuance of request documents:
- The required documents will be provided free of charge to the units.
- Location: VietinBank Shopping Room; address: 2nd Floor, 55 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.
- Time: From 8:30 a.m. on November 7, 2024 to before 4:30 p.m. on November 13, 2024 (during office hours).
2. Time and place for receiving proposal documents:
- Place to receive proposal documents: VietinBank Purchasing Department; address: 2nd Floor, 55 Ba Trieu, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City.
- Time: From 8:30 a.m. on November 7, 2024 to before 4:30 p.m. on November 13, 2024 (during office hours).
VietinBank will receive and evaluate the proposals of the units in accordance with the regulations and will notify the selected unit to implement the "Gifts for the new salary payment unit promotion program" procurement package.
