Vietnam 's Triumphant Song is a special art program to celebrate the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2023) and the 137th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2021), and the 80th anniversary of the birth of the Outline of Vietnamese Culture.
