Midfielder Nguyen Thi Thanh Nha shared in the team's training session this morning: "After the last two matches, my team and I have gained a lot of experience when competing with strong teams. We are also in the process of completing so that we can bring what we have learned to the upcoming tournament and have good matches." Body shape has always been a weakness of the Vietnamese women's team, but with careful preparation time, Thanh Nha expressed her determination to compete with all her might in the upcoming matches. "If we talk about weaknesses, it is probably still body shape and partly physical strength, but we always have the will and spirit to fight with all our might."
Previously, the Vietnamese women's team had two friendly matches with the New Zealand women's team (July 10) and the Spanish women's team (July 14). These were two tests for the coaching staff and players to review the points that needed to be adjusted in their skills, thereby coming up with the most appropriate tactics. "After the match with the Spanish women's team, the whole team had 1 day of recovery training. Immediately after that, we returned to a higher training intensity to prepare for the upcoming match in the Group Stage of the 2023 Women's World Cup," Thanh Nha shared.

According to VFF, this morning, July 17, members of the Vietnamese women's team participated in a photo shoot and video recording session to be used in upcoming matches. The players were all very excited and wanted to show the best image of Vietnamese girls to international friends.
