The topic helps Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, Party members and people deeply understand the meaning, basic content and core of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength and risks of the ruling Party.
From there, party organizations develop plans that are close to the actual situation of each party committee, agency, unit, and locality to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of party committees in the current period.
Party building is a key task, both urgent and long-term, requiring perseverance and cannot be rushed, because Party building is building organizations and people.

Implementing Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII, XIII) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the Central Executive Committee, Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, and Party regulations on setting an example for cadres and party members, at the conference summarizing Party building work in 2024, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee assessed that the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee continued to lead the concretization of the implementation of tasks and solutions according to the province's plan, and the Party Central Committee's conclusion on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system.
Self-cultivation
In the spirit of "resolutely preventing, repelling, and strictly handling cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, and who show signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" and the Central Committee's instructions and guidance related to Party building work, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee direct party committees and party organizations at all levels to concretize them into resolutions, programs, and work plans for 2024.
The focus is on implementing the tasks and solutions in the Central Resolution 4 (term XI), Central Resolution 4 (term XII) on Party building and rectification, Regulation No. 144-QD/TW on ethical standards for cadres and party members in the new situation as well as the Party's regulations on exemplary responsibility, on what party members are not allowed to do, ensuring effectiveness, closeness to the situation of agencies, units, and localities, actively contributing to the leadership and direction of the implementation of political tasks and the work of Party building and rectification.
Identifying that studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is a regular and daily task of Party organizations and Party members, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to disseminate and deploy the 2024 theme "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on practicing thrift, fighting against corruption, negativity and waste".
Statistics show that 36,043/36,338 party members attended, reaching more than 99% (excluding party members exempted from party activities and work) and 8,130 cadres, soldiers and people participated in the study.

Through review, assessment and classification of the quality of collectives and individuals in the province's political system in 2024, no cases of members of the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee showing signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" have been detected - Report No. 376 of the Provincial Party Committee, dated January 10, 2025 stated.
Building grassroots party organizations
The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee continue to direct the effective implementation of Directive No. 10-CT/TU, dated November 2, 2021, on strengthening the management of Party members, improving the quality of Party members, and Plan No. 105-KH/TU, on strengthening the consolidation and construction of grassroots Party organizations, improving the quality of Party members in the new period. The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations strengthen supervision of the cultivation and training of qualities, ethics, and lifestyles of cadres and Party members, preventing and combating signs of degradation... contributing to improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee organized a review of leadership and direction work to ensure compliance with the roadmap, substance, and adherence to Regulation No. 5219-QD/TU, dated September 5, 2024 on annual review, assessment, and classification of quality for collectives and individuals in the province's political system.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee has approved the policy of implementing the model of "four good grassroots party cells" and "four good grassroots party committees" to concretize and effectively implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW and Plan 105-KH/TU.
Party committees at all levels directed to promote the work of developing party members. In 2024, 1,315 party members were admitted, an increase of 141 party members over the same period, reaching 3.26% of the total number of party members of the provincial Party Committee (40,287 party members). Of which, 20 border commune party committees admitted 134 party members, an increase of 8 party members over the same period.
The drastic implementation of solutions following the results of the 2-year review of Project No. 03-DA/TU and Regulation No. 1114-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has gradually brought into play its effectiveness, basically reducing the number of party members whose names have been removed or who have asked to leave the Party.
The whole province has 55 party members whose names were removed or who asked to leave the Party, a reduction of 56.50% compared to the target reduction of 64 party members set for 2024. In total, 287 party members whose names were removed or asked to leave the Party, a reduction of 56.65% compared to the target reduction of 331 party members set for the term of the Project.
The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has approved the policy of supplementing the credit program to support loan interest rates, the subjects eligible for loan interest rate support, and adjusting the loan interest rate support level for party members, contributing to the effective implementation of the poverty reduction policy and helping party members stabilize their thinking, feel secure, and be attached to the party organization. In total, 58 party members have received loan interest rate support, the amount of which is over 244 million VND, of which 1 case has paid off the loan debt, 1 case has stopped support.
District Party Committees and equivalent levels direct subordinate Party organizations to strictly implement the regulations on responsibilities of Party members who are working regularly to maintain contact with Party organizations and people in their place of residence according to Regulation 213-QD/TW of the Politburo. The assignment of work, introduction of Party activities, management of Party activities, exemption from work and Party activities for Party members are rectified and ensured according to the instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee led the completion of the review, assessment and classification of the quality of collectives and individuals in the political system in the province in 2024. As a result, the rate of grassroots party organizations completing their tasks well or better reached over 98% (the resolution reached over 90%). The rate of border commune party committees completing their tasks well reached 100% (the resolution reached 90% or more). The rate of party members completing their tasks well reached 98.11% (the resolution reached 90% or more).

Press agencies, reporters, propagandists, and social opinion collaborators actively inform, propagate, and share official news and articles about the results of task performance, the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines, etc. to guide public opinion.
Timely detect, combat, direct the removal and prevention of many bad, toxic, destructive, distorted, and untrue news, articles, images and information related to Party and State leaders, strictly handle a number of violations, contributing to making the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation more orderly and effective.
