The report at the conference showed that in 2024, the Inspectorate Cadre School always received the attention of the Government Inspectorate's leaders and the coordination of departments, divisions, and units in the process of performing its tasks.
As of the reporting date, the Inspectorate School has organized 70 courses for 8,753 students, exceeding the plan assigned by the Government Inspector General in 2024. Of which, there are 45 training and fostering courses according to rank standards for 4,535 students.
For classes organized according to the needs of improving knowledge, skills, and expertise in the fields of state management, inspection, citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption of ministries, branches, and localities, the school organized 24 classes for 4,138 students.
Also in 2024, the school will continue to implement online teaching combined with organizing concentrated training and professional development courses. Currently, the organization of online training and knowledge development courses has become routine, meeting most of the learning and research needs of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the units.
Regarding training and fostering cooperation activities, the School of Inspectorate Cadres actively promotes and contacts ministries, branches and localities, coordinates to organize training courses and specialized training courses to meet the practical work of the industry. Along with that, the school focuses on developing and improving the quality of on-site teaching human resources.
To meet the need for training in inspection skills, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation handling, and corruption prevention and control for ministries, branches, and localities, the school has compiled, reviewed, updated, and edited 15 sets of documents for short-term and specialized training courses.
In addition to the achieved results, the Board of Directors of the Inspectorate Cadre School also frankly pointed out the shortcomings and limitations, such as: The ratio of students in training and fostering classes is not balanced; The Law on Inspection 2022, the Law on Anti-Corruption 2018 and the guiding documents for implementation still have some shortcomings and limitations but have not been officially guided, so lecturers still have difficulties in answering professional questions; degraded facilities...
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay said that in 2024, with favorable and lucky factors, the School exceeded its plan by 200% of its tasks. Agreeing with the results achieved by the School, it shows the unity and solidarity in leadership and direction from the Board of Directors to lecturers, staff and workers.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay directed that in the immediate future, 2025 will face many difficulties in implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus according to Resolution 18. Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Sy Bay said that in implementing the policy according to Resolution 18, the Government Inspectorate is one of the agencies that has suffered little change in streamlining the apparatus, so the school's staff can work with peace of mind and perform well the assigned tasks.
It is believed that, in the common difficulties of the School's operations in 2025, there needs to be effective solutions to overcome them, which is the responsibility of the Board of Directors and all staff and employees of the School.
In the report mentioning the facilities (management, use, amenities, equipment, etc.), according to the Deputy Inspector General, the School temporarily accepted to gradually find solutions to overcome the difficulties.
Regarding some recommendations of the School, Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay agreed, especially in the training and fostering of Heads of Inspection Teams and Heads of the Complaint and Denunciation Verification Teams. The Deputy Inspector General acknowledged and requested the School to send a specific report to the Organization Department to report to the Government Inspectorate's leaders.
Praising the results achieved by the School in 2024, Deputy Inspector General Le Sy Bay requested that, immediately after the conference, the School continue to propose effective solutions, specifically identify the shortcomings and difficulties to be faced in 2025, to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
On the same day, the Party Committee of the Inspectorate Cadre School held a conference to summarize party work in 2024 and deploy directions and tasks for 2025.
