Speaking at the program, Vice President of the Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin - Protection of Children's Rights Trinh Thi Thanh Binh said: "In the source of scholarships and school supplies today, Ms. Ho Thi Hoang Yen mobilized to support 3,000 notebooks, Ms. Nguyen Huynh Bao Khuyen (Ho Chi Minh City) supported 50 million VND; the Provincial Association contributed 50 million VND to the "Tiep suc den truong" scholarship fund".
At the scholarship award ceremony of the 2023 “Support to School” program, 100 disadvantaged students from primary and secondary schools in 8 communes: Tan Trung, An Dinh, Minh Duc, An Thoi, Ngai Dang, Cam Son, Thanh Thoi A, Huong My (Mo Cay Nam district) received scholarships. Each scholarship is worth 1 million VND in cash and a gift of notebooks for students.
