Notably, among the more than 4,100 new soldiers who left for duty this year, there were 3 female citizens who volunteered to join the army. Sharing with us, young party member Do Phuong Trang (born in 2001, member of the Women's Union of Ward 4, District 5) said that because she loved the uniform and the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" since she was young, she wanted to serve in the army for a long time.

“I have loved the uniform and the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers since I was a child and wanted to serve in the Army for a long time. During the months when the city was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, the image of Army officers and soldiers supporting and helping the people further urged me to determine my determination to strive to become a female soldier," Ms. Trang emotionally shared.

The female soldier "Uncle Ho's soldiers" is proud to wear the green uniform. With her own determination and the encouragement of her family, friends, agency and locality, she will overcome difficulties and complete all tasks well.
