Wishing to further strengthen relations with Vietnam
In a telegram sent to General Secretary and President To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah affirmed that Brunei always treasures the long-standing friendship with Vietnam.
