In case of direct fines, the force in charge of the traffic light system will coordinate with the traffic police on duty at the checkpoint to notify the red light violation to stop and handle. At the same time, images and clips of the violator from the center will be sent to the force at the checkpoint, thereby notifying the violator.
For late fines, the authorities let the violator review the clip of the entire red light violation before drawing up a ticket.
Notably, the Traffic Police Department affirmed that if a citizen violates traffic laws because he or she gives way to a priority vehicle on duty, that person will not be charged with a violation and will not be punished.
