Attending the event were Mr. Vo Duc Trong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Tay Ninh Youth Development Program for the period 2021-2030; Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Yen - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, representatives of leaders of departments, branches, leaders of Chau Thanh district and more than 400 union members and youth in the province.
The 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign of Tay Ninh province also has the participation of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau, accompanying and representing a model youth participating in volunteer activities in Tay Ninh, especially activities to protect the environment.

Launching the campaign, Mr. Vo Duc Trong - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the Tay Ninh Youth Development Program emphasized that the summer youth volunteer movement is the "brand" of the Youth Union, the "mark" of the annual youth movement, actively contributing to the socio-economic development, social security, and security and order in the locality.

A peak competition for union members and young people to practice and contribute
This year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign continues to be implemented in youth groups with 1 program and 4 campaigns including the Exam Support Program and the Pink Holiday Campaign, the Green March Campaign, the Red Flamboyant Campaign, and the Green Summer Campaign, which will peak from June 1 to August 31, 2023, with many projects, tasks, and activities being implemented synchronously and widely in association with the political tasks and practical needs of each locality and unit. This is a peak competition for union members and youth to practice and contribute in a vivid practical environment.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union mobilized social resources to implement many meaningful and practical activities, tasks and projects to contribute to taking care of people and children in Chau Thanh district with a total value of more than 630 million VND, including the following activities: Awarding 30 scholarships and 2,000 national flags of the Lao Dong Newspaper; awarding capital to support the start-up fund worth 100 million VND; implementing a rural traffic route in Thai Binh commune; inaugurating a project to light up the border patrol road in Thanh Long commune; starting the construction of a military-civilian gratitude house, a great solidarity house, providing free medical examination and treatment and giving gifts to 100 people in Hao Duoc commune and implementing the National Flag Road project in Thanh Binh commune, Tan Bien district.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Truc Mai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and the locality performed the groundbreaking ceremony of the Military-Civilian Friendship House in Phuoc Vinh commune, Chau Thanh district.
On the launching day of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, all levels of the Youth Union at district, town and city levels simultaneously launched meaningful activities and projects according to the motto and direction of the Provincial Youth Union. The total value of district-level activities was 1 billion 623 million VND.
These include activities such as: donating 1 red scarf house, 3 charity houses, 2 solidarity houses, 2 game clusters; planting 2,000 new trees; donating 1,820 scholarships, 50 learning support packages including bicycles, study corners, 1,500 notebooks, 50 sets of products, teaching models; donating 1,140 gifts to policy families, students in difficult circumstances and victims of Agent Orange;
Constructing and repairing 5km of rural roads, lighting 3km of rural roads and a flower road; repairing and replacing equipment, rewiring electrical wires for 60 households; giving 100 health insurance cards, organizing medical examinations and giving gifts to 300 households in difficult circumstances, single-parent households, and sick households.
