Many outstanding results in 2024 activities

(BTNO) - On February 18, the Literature and Arts Association of Duong Minh Chau district held a conference to summarize the literature and arts work in 2024 and deploy directions and tasks for 2025. Attending the conference was Ms. Dang Thi Phuong - President of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

The branch currently has 34 members participating in the Provincial Literature and Arts Association with 5 majors: Literature, Music, Theater, Photography and Fine Arts.

At the conference, members discussed and evaluated the results achieved in 2024. Specifically, the Association successfully organized the Nguyen Tieu poetry night with the theme "The harmony of the country" Spring Giap Thin 2024; composed over 70 works on the theme "Building new rural areas"; had over 30 works introducing and promoting "Discovering Duong Minh Chau tourism" through the following locations: Duong Minh Chau historical base, Suoi Mon base, Loc Ninh - Ong Hung stream, Dau Tieng lake, Nhim island...

In 2024, the Association won the First Prize in Poetry Exhibition and Second Prize in Artistic Exchange and Poetry Recitation, and was awarded a certificate of merit by the leaders of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association for its many contributions to the process of building and developing the Tay Ninh Provincial Literature and Arts Association.

The work "Central Bureau of the South's Relics" by author Pham Ba Cuong participated in the 29th Southeast Region VII Exhibition in Binh Duong province.

To successfully complete the tasks in 2025, Ms. Dang Thi Phuong - President of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association suggested that the Literature and Arts Association of Duong Minh Chau district focus on organizing well the propaganda and promotion activities, introducing authors and literary and artistic works of its members; continue to pay attention to training young creative teams and searching for talents; promote the spirit of creativity, enthusiasm, and close adherence to reality to create many valuable works in terms of both art and ideology, meeting the requirements of serving the local political tasks and the people's need to enjoy spiritual culture...

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Duong Minh Chau district awarded certificates of merit to 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in cultural and artistic activities in 2024.
