(Dan Tri) - Many sources confirm that the super thin iPhone that Apple is developing will only be equipped with one main camera.
According to a report from The Elec , LG Innotek has invested $267.4 million in new camera module manufacturing facilities. These components will be supplied to the iPhone 17 generation that Apple is expected to launch in 2025.

This source revealed that the camera system on the iPhone 17 will have better specifications than the previous generation. However, the telephoto lens will still only appear on the Pro versions.
This means that the ultra-thin iPhone (iPhone 17 Air or iPhone 17 Slim) will not be equipped with a lens capable of optical zoom. Previously, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo also said that the iPhone 17 Air will only integrate a single lens to ensure an ultra-thin design.
The thinness of a phone depends largely on the size of the battery inside the device. Apple is said to be facing technical challenges in producing batteries for the ultra-thin iPhone.
According to MacRumors , the iPhone 17 Air battery will not be as thin as Apple planned. Currently, the iPhone 17 Air battery is said to be about 6mm thick. Therefore, the thickness of the body will be larger than this number.
To date, the iPhone 6 is the thinnest iPhone Apple has ever produced. The device is 6.9mm thick. It is likely that the iPhone 17 Air will not be too different in thickness compared to the phone model released in 2014.
