Government delegation works with Ha Giang province.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch No. 1086/TTg-QHDP dated November 10, 2023, stating: Implementing Decision No. 435/QD-TTg dated April 24, 2023 and Decision No. 853/QD-TTg dated July 17, 2023 of the Prime Minister, in the past time, Government members have chaired working delegations with localities and achieved many positive results, contributing to promoting socio-economic growth of localities and the whole country in October and 10 months of 2023. Many difficulties and problems, especially 513 specific recommendations of localities, have been directly directed by the heads of the working delegations to handle or recommended to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
To continue promoting the positive results achieved by the working delegations and effectively implementing Resolution No. 164/NQ-CP dated October 4, 2023 of the Government on Online Conferences with localities, the Prime Minister has the following instructions:
Requesting Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, and Heads of ministerial-level agencies to: Periodically and quarterly, seriously organize working delegations to work with assigned localities; before the 25th of the middle month of each quarter, report to the Prime Minister the working results, clearly identifying the results of handling and responding to proposals and recommendations of localities at previous working sessions, and simultaneously send them to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Government Office for synthesis.
To prepare for a practical and effective working session with the delegation, it is recommended that the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities carefully prepare socio-economic reports, focusing on solutions to promote economic growth, boost production and business, public investment, import and export, 03 national target programs and recommendations and proposals to remove difficulties...
Based on the reports of the Working Groups, the Ministry of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with the Government Office to synthesize, review, propose handling of local recommendations, and report to the Prime Minister before the 30th of the middle month of each quarter./
