The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held its regular meeting in March.

The meeting discussed and gave opinions on the contents of coordination between the Provincial People's Committee and related units on the submission and proposal to develop a resolution regulating the level of interest rate support for loans at credit institutions for bus investment projects in the province; principles, criteria and norms for allocating the provincial budget's regular expenditure estimates in 2026; decentralization of revenue sources and expenditure tasks for the 2026-2030 budget stabilization period of the budgets at all levels in An Giang province.

At the same time, delegates discussed and gave opinions on the draft 5-year financial plan of An Giang province for the period 2026 - 2030; the draft plan to organize the mid-year session 2025 of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; gave opinions on the supervision content of the Provincial People's Council in 2026; the survey and supervision plan before the mid-year session 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; the survey and supervision plan before the mid-year session 2025 of the Provincial People's Council Committees and many other important contents.
