From the beginning of the year to December 10, through the journey monitoring device, the Hai Duong Department of Transport has processed and revoked the badges of 450 transport business cars that violated the speed limit 5 times/1,000 km or more in the month (not including cases of speed violations of 5 km/h or less). Compared to the same period in 2023, there were more than 20 cases of violations with revoked badges.

In the whole Hai Duong province, about 13,800 passenger and freight transport vehicles are required to install journey monitoring devices.

The Department of Transport requires transport businesses to review and discipline drivers who violate speed limits. At the same time, the Traffic Inspectorate is assigned to coordinate with functional forces to increase patrols and control, strictly handle cases where vehicles whose transport badges have been revoked but still participate in transport business; check the installation and maintenance of journey monitoring devices and handle cases where journey monitoring devices are not installed or are installed but do not operate according to regulations...
