Although the Galaxy S25 was launched with One UI 7, Samsung has yet to update the official version of this Android 15-based user interface to its older smartphones and tablets. The release date for these devices is still quite unclear as it has been repeatedly delayed.
Galaxy S24 users are losing patience with One UI 7
Now, new information may disappoint Samsung fans even more as the company may be preparing multiple beta builds of One UI 7 before releasing the stable version.
One UI 7 to be released for Galaxy S24 in April at the earliest?
Samsung has been testing One UI 7 beta for the Galaxy S24 since late last year. Recent rumors suggest that the company may push out a fourth beta before releasing the stable version in March. According to sources, One UI 7 beta 4 has been spotted on the company's test server with build numbers S928USQU4ZYB6, S928UOYN4ZYB6, and S928USQU4BYB6.
However, beta 4 does not seem to be the final version of One UI 7 beta before coming to Galaxy S24 as leaker Tarun Vats on X has just said that Samsung may release up to 6 beta versions of One UI 7 for Galaxy S24, with beta 4 in February, beta 5 in March and beta 6 in April. Only when the deployment of these beta versions is completed, Galaxy S24 users will officially receive One UI 7, that is, in April.
