At a meeting with Professor AOKI Toru, Vice Principal and Deputy Director of the Institute of Electronic Engineering Research on the afternoon of February 14, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that the city is implementing the Free Trade Zone Project, expected to be submitted to the Prime Minister for approval. This is an important foundation to help Da Nang make a breakthrough in the new development stage.
The city also plans to invest VND500 billion to build an innovation space, while revising policies to attract talent and develop modern laboratories. By 2030, Da Nang aims to train at least 5,000 microchip and semiconductor engineers, including 2,000 design engineers and 3,000 packaging and testing engineers and technicians. Da Nang is committed to facilitating activities to introduce studying abroad in Japan.

2月14日午後、ダナン市人民委員会のグエン・ティ・アイン・ティ副主Homeおいて、市が進める自由貿易区構想について説明した。本構想は、首相承認を目指しており、ダナン市の新たな発展段階における重要な基盤となる。
さらに、市は5000億ドンを投じてイノベーションスペースを整備し、優秀な人材を誘致するための政策を改定するほか、最新の研究施設の整備も進める計画だ。2030年までに、2,000人のIC設計エンジニア、3,000人のパッケージング・テスト技術者を含む5,000人の半導体関連技術者の育成を目標としている。また、日本への留学支援にも積極的に取り組む考えを示した。
これに対し、青木教授は、ベトナムにおける半導体・集積回路分野の研究協力への強い関心を表明。静岡大学とダナン市の連携が、ハイテク産業の発展を促し、持続可能なデジタル技術基盤の構築につながることへの期待を述べた。

This is one of the important cultural and spiritual festivals, attracting a large number of people and tourists from all over the world.
The festival consists of two parts:
Ceremony : The focus is on the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara's birthday, along with solemn religious and belief rituals, showing respect for the great compassionate being.
Festival section : A variety of cultural, artistic, sports, seminar, and discussion activities... create a unique space for exchange and experience for participants.
The festival not only honors spiritual values, but also contributes to preserving and promoting national intangible cultural heritage, as well as the beauty of Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Area - a special national monument.
