At the same time, the decision to transfer and appoint Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Principal of the People's Public Security University of Technology and Logistics (T07) to take up the position of Director of the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06) was announced; the decision to assign Colonel Nguyen Van Can, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Principal of T07 School to be in charge of T07 School was announced.

Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong is 55 years old. He has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Public Security; Deputy Director of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention and Control; Principal of the University of Engineering and Logistics of the People's Public Security.
