Government Inspectorate meets retired officials on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the industry's founding.

At the meeting, former Deputy General Director of the Government Inspectorate Le Tien Hao, Head of the Retirement Liaison Committee of the Government Inspectorate, expressed his gratitude and deep emotion for the Government Inspectorate's concern and affection for former officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Government Inspectorate through the periods of retirement. At the same time, Head of the Retirement Liaison Committee Le Tien Hao reported on the results of the Retirement Committee's activities in 2025 and the main directions and tasks in 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the leaders of the Government Inspectorate and all officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Government Inspectorate, Deputy General of the Government Inspectorate Bui Ngoc Lam expressed his gratitude to the elders, uncles and comrades - those who have devoted many years to the development of the industry and have always followed and accompanied the Inspection sector in general and the Government Inspectorate in particular in each historical period, especially in the most difficult and arduous times.

Deputy General Inspector Bui Ngoc Lam announced the work results of the Government Inspectorate and the Inspection sector in 2024, the work orientation for 2025 as well as the implementation of the Prime Minister's instructions on socio-economic issues of public interest.

Deputy Inspector General of the Government Bui Ngoc Lam emphasized that the results of the work of the Government Inspectorate and the entire sector continue to contribute to the overall results of the country, especially in the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, building and rectifying the Party and stabilizing the security and order situation for economic development. However, in addition to the achievements and results, the Inspectorate also recognizes that there are still limitations, shortcomings and many things that have not been done. There are some tasks that have been implemented but the results are still limited, not as expected...

In 2025, the Inspectorate will continue to effectively implement the resolutions and directions of the Steering Committee, the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Government Inspectorate Party Committee on inspection work. Strengthen publicity and transparency in inspection activities; improve discipline, administrative discipline, and public ethics in inspection activities.

In the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, effectively implementing policies and laws on complaints and denunciations contributes to socio-political stability, serving socio-economic development, especially the work of receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations serving Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
