On February 3, 2024, the Government Office issued Document No. 853/VPCP-VI notifying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on Inspection Conclusion No. 3159/KL-TTCP dated December 28, 2023 of the Government Inspectorate, in which the Government Inspectorate is assigned to monitor, urge, and inspect the implementation of the Inspection Conclusion according to regulations, and report the results to the Prime Minister before April 30, 2024.
At the announcement of the inspection conclusion, Mr. Pham Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement, Region 1 (Department I), Head of the Inspection Delegation, presented the full text of Inspection Conclusion 3159/KL-TTCP dated December 28, 2023 of the Government Inspectorate.
On behalf of the leaders of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Cao Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, respectfully thanked the leaders of the Inspectorate and the Inspection Team for their serious work during the inspection process. The inspection conclusion pointed out what Ninh Binh had done and had not done in the recent past. The Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to preside over and advise the People's Committee to assign relevant agencies and organizations to seriously implement the recommendations and handle the post-inspection, as well as direct the units to seriously develop a plan to implement the Conclusion of the Inspectorate in a specific manner.
Speaking at the announcement of the Inspection Conclusion, Deputy General Inspector Duong Quoc Huy emphasized that the announcement of the Inspection Conclusion was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law on inspection. Deputy General Inspector Duong Quoc Huy requested the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province to coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly implement the Inspection Conclusion, in which the People's Committee of the province directed relevant departments and branches to organize the implementation of the inspection conclusions and recommendations, promptly take measures to rectify, overcome and handle the limitations, shortcomings and violations in planning work and land use management work mentioned in the Inspection Conclusion.
In the process of implementing the Inspection Conclusion, if there are any problems, Deputy General Inspector Duong Quoc Huy requested the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee to direct the Provincial Inspectorate to discuss with the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling (Department V), the Government Inspectorate to organize the implementation of the Inspection Conclusion quickly and effectively.
