Responding to activities on International Women's Day, on March 8, the program of Meeting to celebrate the 1984th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising, the 114th anniversary of International Women's Day organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union took place at President Ho Chi Minh Square Park. At the program, THACO representative, Mr. Nguyen Mot - Senior Director in charge of Culture and Information of THACO awarded a sponsorship of 1.5 billion VND for the program "Beauty of the Crescent Moon" for 5 years.

The program “Beauty of the Crescent Moon” is one of the annual activities of the Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Union to celebrate the Vietnam Day for People with Disabilities - April 18. Accompanying the program for 5 years, THACO wishes to contribute to the Union to create working, studying and living conditions for women with disabilities to overcome difficulties and rise up in life; thereby affirming their own values and building happy families.
In recent years, the women's movement and the activities of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union have achieved many successes with outstanding and creative results of the Union at all levels, positively spreading the spirit of innovation in the movement "Building Ho Chi Minh City women to be united, humane, dynamic, creative, aspiring to rise up, and have happy families".
It is known that in 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union will continue to launch and call on all levels of the Union, cadres, and women's union members in the city to actively respond to and apply information technology, promote the potential and creativity of women, convey positive messages, and spread meaningful and practical actions towards the community.
