He also affirmed that he will continue to maintain and strengthen the high solidarity and unity within the Party; together with the entire Party, people and army, continue to care for building and promoting the strength of great national solidarity; build a clean and strong socialist rule-of-law State that is truly of the people, by the people and for the people.
In addition, the new President highlighted the task of strengthening national defense and security, building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern people's armed forces that are always an absolutely loyal and trustworthy political and fighting force of the Party, State, and people.
