In September, Suntory PepsiCo in collaboration with the Saigon Times Foundation awarded 30 scholarships to outstanding students from three universities in Ho Chi Minh City (Foreign Trade University, University of Technical Education and the Academy of Personnel Training). This is also an opportunity for students to access Suntory PepsiCo's recruitment programs, especially the Management Trainee program, which is very suitable for students with good academic performance. In October, the company will continue to award scholarships to students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, University of Economics and Law, etc.
“The STF-Suntory PepsiCo VN Scholarship Program was initiated in 2008. To date, the program has awarded a total of 247 scholarships worth more than VND1.8 billion to students from universities in Hanoi, Vinh, Da Nang, Tay Nguyen, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh City. Suntory PepsiCo VN also joined STF in the project “Supporting computers for remote schools. Since 2010, Suntory PepsiCo VN has sponsored more than 300 computers for students from schools in the country,” said Ms. Nguyen Vu Tu Anh, Head of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition Department, Suntory PepsiCo VN.
