The resettlement apartment project N01-D17 Duy Tan has a prime location at the intersection of Duy Tan - Tran Thai Tong (Cau Giay District, Hanoi). With a large, airy campus and 2 street frontages, the project is expected to create an ideal living space for all residents living in the area.

This is considered a project with a "golden" location in terms of traffic when it has convenient traffic connections with major roads, adjacent to many key routes of Cau Giay district such as Duy Tan, Thanh Thai, Tran Thai Tong, Ton That Thuyet. In addition, the project is also located near Cau Giay park and many major universities.
