At this session, the Provincial People's Council discussed, considered and decided on the issuance of resolutions on: approving the 2025 public investment plan (phase 2); approving the Project on perfecting the organization and operation of the Farmers Support Fund of Tra Vinh province; regulations on support policies for commune-level cadres, civil servants, public employees and non-professional workers at the commune level who are redundant due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Tra Vinh province.

Assigning the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants and the number of non-professional workers at the commune level in 2025 to administrative units of districts, towns and cities in Tra Vinh province; establishing specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province; renaming hamlets in Ward 3, Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh province; amending Article 2 of Resolution No. 82/NQ-HDND, dated December 11, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on the task of socio-economic development of Tra Vinh province in 2025.
Abolish Resolution No. 169/NQ-HDND, dated December 10, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council on assigning the Provincial People's Committee to decide on investment policies for group B and group C projects; abolish Clause 4, Article 2 of Resolution No. 19/2021/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating areas where livestock farming is not allowed, areas for raising swiftlets and policies to support the relocation of livestock facilities in Tra Vinh province and the Resolution on the 20th session (special session) - Provincial People's Council, term X.
Listening to the Economic - Budget Committee and the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council report on the examination of related issues; Provincial People's Council delegates discussed the draft resolutions of the Provincial People's Council submitted at the session.
