From 8:50 to 9:00: National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered a concluding speech for the second group of issues, stating: At the questioning session, 35 delegates participated in the questioning session, including 28 delegates raising questions and 7 delegates participating in the debate. In general, the questioning session was lively, responsible, frank and highly constructive; the questions of the National Assembly delegates closely followed the content of the questioning group; the Minister and Chairman of the Ethnic Committee prepared the content well, closely followed the reality, focused on answering the issues that the National Assembly delegates were interested in, explained quite fully, and at the same time proposed directions and some solutions to overcome the shortcomings in the field of responsibility.

(4) Scientific research activities, transfer of scientific research results to the market by research units, institutes, schools and public service units. (5) Mechanisms and policies to encourage private investment in research and application of science and technology. (6) Implementation of policies and laws on Science and Technology Development Fund of enterprises.
