From 8:50 to 9:00: National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue delivered a concluding speech for the second group of issues, stating: At the questioning session, 35 delegates participated in the questioning session, including 28 delegates raising questions and 7 delegates participating in the debate.
