Approval of the 2025 Land Use Plan for Thanh Xuan District

According to the Decision, the list of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan of Thanh Xuan district comprises 12 projects with a total area of ​​15.17 hectares.

During the implementation year, the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan District is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the feasibility of projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan. In case new projects with sufficient legal basis and feasibility arise, the People's Committee of Thanh Xuan District will compile and report to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for submission to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the land use plan, which will serve as the basis for implementation according to regulations.

The People's Committee of Hanoi City assigns Thanh Xuan District to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of land law; to carry out land acquisition in accordance with the approved land use plan; to organize inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; to detect and promptly handle cases of violations of the land use plan; to strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation process of the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan; to balance and determine the sources of capital to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan; to organize the implementation of the land use plan strictly, ensuring that the land use targets approved by the People's Committee of Hanoi City are met; and to report the results of the implementation of the land use plan before October 15, 2025.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for land allocation, land leasing, and land use conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. It organizes inspections of the implementation of the land use plan; and regularly updates the list of eligible projects and works for submission to the City People's Committee for approval and inclusion in the annual land use plan as prescribed.
