Affirming the role and leadership position of the Party organization in joint stock enterprises

Kinhtedothi - On January 9-10, the Party Committee of Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company 2 (Thanh Xuan District Party Committee) successfully held the 12th Congress, term 2025 - 2030 (a model congress at the grassroots level).

Attending and directing the Congress was Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Xuan District Nguyen Minh Tien.

The 12th Party Congress of the Company for the 2025 - 2030 term with the theme throughout the term: "Democracy, solidarity, responsibility in labor production and the work of building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization, making important contributions to the development of the enterprise in the new period: The era of national growth".

The 12th Party Congress of the Company has the task of summarizing the implementation of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term and determining the direction, goals, tasks, main solutions and breakthroughs for the 2025-2030 term. Thereby, affirming the role and leadership position of the Party organization in joint stock enterprises in the new situation.

Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company 2, formerly Hanoi Traffic Construction Company 2, was established in 1983 and transformed into Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company 2 in 2005. The main functions and tasks of the company are to build and manage traffic infrastructure in Hanoi and nationwide.

The Company's Party Committee currently has 50 party members, including 7 affiliated Party Cells (including the Office Party Cell and 6 affiliated Branch Party Cells).

During the 2020-2025 term, with the spirit of solidarity, innovation, overcoming difficulties and challenges, the Company's Party Committee has successfully achieved the set goals and tasks. The basic targets have been achieved and exceeded; management areas continue to be implemented in a disciplined manner, in compliance with State regulations. The role of the Party Committee in the enterprise has been enhanced, being the center of solidarity, leading all aspects of the unit's activities, and the mass organizations have operated practically and effectively, enhancing the role and position of the Party Committee.

Awareness and consciousness of cadres and party members, especially key cadres, have been raised, contributing significantly to the excellent completion of the company's political tasks.

The 2025-2030 term is associated with the new stage of the nation's rise, the Party Committee of Hanoi Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company 2 sets out goals, targets, directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term. In particular, the goal is to improve the leadership capacity of the Party Committee and Party Cells; build a team of cadres and Party members with strong political will, moral qualities, a sense of responsibility and the ability to perform well all assigned tasks. Continue to improve the Company's capacity to build a more sustainable Company, with highly effective production and business. Strive to ensure jobs and lives of workers, ensure shareholders' dividends and fulfill obligations to the State.
